Refund policy

Please note that our candles are made to order, hand crafted and will vary in appearance and colour based on scents used.

We have a 14-day return policy, to be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.  

If there is a fault in the product we will cover the cost of shipping and provide you with a replacement should you wish to have one. 

If you are returning a product because of a change of mind please, be advised that the cost of shipping the product back to us will be on you. The refund will not be processed till we have confirmation that the product is in our warehouse and in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it.
